Terms of Service

Last updated 16 August 2026

The short version: TechnicallyWrite writes draft blog articles in your voice and delivers them to you for review. We never publish on your behalf and never claim the content is verified, accurate, or compliant. You review and edit every draft, you decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what you publish — including disclosing AI assistance where the law requires it. The full terms below control.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

TechnicallyWrite (“TechnicallyWrite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Biotech Mentor LLC, doing business as Sibling Dynamics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and us, governing your access to and use of the TechnicallyWrite website, applications, WordPress plugin, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

TechnicallyWrite generates draft articles — written with the assistance of artificial intelligence and informed by sources we gather — and delivers them to you as drafts for human review, either into your WordPress site’s draft queue or as a file you download. The Service is a drafting and research aid. It is not a publishing service, a legal, medical, financial, or professional advice service, or a guarantee of accuracy, originality, or regulatory compliance. We do not review, verify, or certify the content we generate, and we never describe it as verified or compliant.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your responsibilities as the publisher of record

The Service delivers drafts; you decide whether, where, and how to publish them. You are the publisher of record for anything you publish, and you agree that:

  • You will review, edit, and fact-check every draft before publishing. AI-generated text can contain errors, outdated information, unsupported claims, or material that resembles existing work; you are responsible for catching and correcting these.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your audience — including, without limitation, advertising and consumer- protection rules, fair-housing and anti-discrimination rules, professional and industry regulations, and intellectual-property rights.
  • You are responsible for disclosing the use of artificial intelligence where required. Some jurisdictions and platforms require that AI-assisted or AI-generated content be labeled or disclosed. Where such a requirement applies to you or to the audience you publish to, it is your responsibility to provide that disclosure. TechnicallyWrite does not add AI-use disclosures on your behalf.
  • You have the rights necessary to use any material (such as your own writing samples, topics, or website URLs) that you provide to the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break the law, infringe others’ rights, or produce content you know to be false, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful;
  • generate content in fields or for purposes where a human professional’s review is legally required and you do not obtain it;
  • probe, scan, or overload our systems, circumvent usage limits, or reverse-engineer the Service; or
  • resell, sublicense, or operate the Service on behalf of third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.

The free “blog pulse” scanner analyzes a website URL you submit. Only submit URLs you are authorized to analyze. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse requests to protect the Service.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Charges may appear on your statement as “Biotech Mentor LLC.” Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods or unused allowance. We may change plan features or pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Content and intellectual property

As between you and us, and subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the draft articles the Service generates for you and the inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and generated content as needed to operate and improve the Service. We (and our licensors) own the Service itself — the software, models integrations, website, and TechnicallyWrite brand — and nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. Because AI-generated content may not be eligible for certain intellectual-property protections and may resemble other works, we make no representation that generated content is original or protectable, and you are responsible for confirming your rights before relying on or publishing it.

8. AI-generated content — no warranty of accuracy

Content produced by the Service is generated by automated systems, including third-party large- language-model providers. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose, and it may occasionally resemble existing material. You must independently review and verify all content before use. We disclaim any warranty that generated content is accurate, current, original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — including Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, large- language-model providers, and, if you connect it, WordPress. Your use of those services through the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechnicallyWrite and Biotech Mentor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechnicallyWrite and Biotech Mentor LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the content you publish, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
